1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent you are authorised to bind it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. The Service
Find A Loo is a community-built directory of publicly accessible restrooms. Information is contributed by users and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Use your own judgment before relying on any listing.
4. User-generated content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and distribute that content within the Service and for promotion of the Service. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.
4.1 Acceptable use & community policy
You agree not to submit content that:
- Is false, misleading, or knowingly inaccurate (including fake restroom reports).
- Identifies private individuals, staff, or customers, or violates their privacy.
- Encourages vandalism, trespassing, or bypassing legitimate access controls.
- Shares door codes for restrooms that are not genuinely public-access.
- Is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexual, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringes intellectual property or other rights.
- Contains spam, scams, advertising, or malware.
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reports are reviewed promptly (target: within 24 hours). We may remove content, hide listings, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
4.2 Reporting
Anyone — signed in or not — can report a listing, comment, or door code from inside the app. Reported content is queued for moderator review. You can also email support@rx-net.com.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated access without written permission.
- Interfering with the Service's security or availability.
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party components, including Google Maps Platform, subject to their own terms (see Google Maps/Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy).
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF CONTENT. RESTROOM AVAILABILITY, ACCESSIBILITY, AND DOOR CODES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 50.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you submit or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent prohibited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. [Final jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel.]
